The Cessna Citation V (Model 560) is a turbofan-powered small-to-medium sized business jet built by the Cessna Aircraft Company in Wichita, Kansas. A stretch of the Cessna Citation II series, the Citation V aircraft was evolved into the Citation Ultra, the Citation Encore, and the Citation Encore+ models. The Citation Encore was introduced in 1998 and delivered in 2001.
The Citation Encore is powered by Pratt & Whitney Canada PW535A engines. It has a fuel capacity of 5,440 pounds, and a range of 1700 statute miles. The trailing link main undercarriage, decreased fuel capacity, and Honeywell's Primus 1000 avionics system are a few of the upgrades made in this new design. The fuel tank has been reduced to make room for soft-landing, trailing link, and main landing gear. The cabin consists of seven passenger seats and a belted lavatory.
A total of 168 Citation Encore have been manufactured, and its primary users are the United States Military and United States Marine Corps.
