Outlier Jets Doubles Down on Naples as Private Aviation Hub with Strategic Leadership Hires

Naples, Fla. — September 24, 2025 — Outlier Jets, a national leader in private aviation and the largest jet card provider headquartered in Naples, announced the expansion of its headquarters team in Southwest Florida as it continues to focus on sustainable growth as private aviation demand remains 10% over pre-covid levels.

Leading the buildout is Kevin Bush, an industry veteran with more than a decade of leadership experience across private aviation, fractional ownership, and jet card sales.

Bush is joined by two new additions: Joe Robinson, who brings a diverse background spanning private aviation, investment management, and enterprise SaaS. At Gartner, he was a two-time Winner’s Circle honoree advising C-level executives at emerging technology firms, and later served as Investment Operations Manager at Broadhill Capital. Peter Sondag, a sales development professional with experience at Vive Health and Reliable Medical, has a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals, building robust pipelines, and fostering long-term client relationships. Together, the group strengthens Outlier’s Naples foundation while supporting members across the U.S. and worldwide.
